Get a nice brush cut (i.e. Usher/Nelly). You'll look more sophisticated and mature. Guys always look nice with the clean cut look. Try it out hun, the little girls at your school will love it.

a new style u can try is maybe slicking it bakk and puttin it in a pony tail so it will looked slicked down in the front and the pook in the bakk.. i think that style is cute i love seeing guys wid dat.. or u can texturize it... but maybe not cuz im not sire how it will turn out but some of my brejens that tried it turned out kinda nice styll cant lie but yee w.e u do DO NOT CUT IT!!! :D %26lt;3

I have had braids/cornrows for 10 years now and in the last 2 years my hair has not grown at all. It actually has gotten shorter. I'm an african american male with thick, borderline curly hair...any idea how to get it to grow again? Thanks for any help.

This depends. How long are you leaving your hair braided at a time? Braids, especially tight ones, can break off the hair. So, it's not that your hair isn't growing... it's just that as your hair is growing, the ends are breaking. Your ends are probaly splitting all the way up to the root. Get your ends clipped! And let your hair get a break from those braids. It sounds like you have pretty hair. There's no need to keep it braided up all the time.

oh yaaa i remember that! basically you take a chunk of hair from the front of your face and make a half pony tail pulling up the hair that belongs in a half ponytail except for the chunk. and then you just french braid the chunk leading it under your ear, and then take out the half ponytail!

Well prob. the matter is when you get a perm that almost burns your scalp and thats why you ushaly get dandruff. Then If im getting this straight you got braded. Whitch can lead to brakedge. Don't get brades and perms to often you can loose all your hair. Becareful. Hoped I helped.

over-permed... and you dont have to braid your hair for like 2 wks coz chances are, your hair might get brittle and will lose the shine in your hair...once the hair is dry and tangled, when you comb, you can see lose hair in your comb or brush, what you should do, dont tie nor braid your hair for couple of days and use conditioner daily, i recommend pantene conditioner...

What I do, is after I wash it, I let it dry naturally for about an hour or so. Then, I blow dry it until my hair is slightly damp. Then I put my hair up in a bun, and let it dry naturally.
