Wavy Hair?

i have very straight hair and i wanted to know a easy way to curl it. i try sleeping with braids because it turned out very poofy and i always ended up scrunching it. Is there a way to make my straight hair wavy? :D

THERE ARE LOTZ OF WAYZ UMMmMM YOU CAN GET A CRIMP IRON N DO IT.. UMMmmmM AND THERE ARE SPRAYS YOU CAN BUY.. BUT MY FRIEND WAS MIXED AND SHE SAID SHE USED TO WSH HER HAIR IN THE MORNING AND TAKE SOME GEL AND PUT OVER IT NOT ALOT AND WOULD TAKE HER HAIR AND SCRUNCH IT UP AND IN HER FIST AND SHE WOULD LET IT AIR DRY AND IT WOULD LOOK LYKE THIS GURLZ
