Prom Hair and Make-Up Ideas!?

Ok so here is the basic idea of what my dress looks like...color wise. Unlike this one it is halter and has a braid under the bust with the two colors and silver.

What hair idea to you think would look best? If not these any other ideas. I have long (mid to lower back) length blonde hair and side swept bangs.

I also need make-up ideas. I don't like the red lipstick thing. So keep that in mind. I like girly colors and all that fun stuff!

here's my advice don't make your prom look crazy and overdramatic (as if you are in some pagent). DON'T go for the ugly hooker makeup and DON'T go for thsoe fugly poofy ball gowns (how are you supposed dance in those anyway?)
