I'm wondering about cutting my hair?

i have long hair probably 6 inches from my shoulders. i took about a year growing it and i love it, EXCEPT for that i wanna try a new hairstyle or something. well a lot of people say that cutting your hair about like 4 inches than what i have now and getting layers and side bangs is reeli cute and pretty. um ... should i get it? i know it's totally my choice but if you get a shorter hair, there arent as many hairstyles you could do w/it (example:braid)

does anyone have any links or pictures of that kind of hairstyle? thank you~!! (easy 10 points for best answer ^^)

the length that you have right now is beautiful. the layers and side bangs is what i would recommend to all of my customers, because its very stylish, easy to handle, sophisticated, and it goes with any face shape.

I think if u wanna keep the length keep it but def. get it trimmed and layered it makes it a whol lot lighter!

This might not be the answer you want to hear, but -- men love long hair on young women. True, some women look great in shorter hair. But speaking as a man, long hair is extremely attractive.

A couple of years ago my blonde wife got a haircut, and she looked very cute. But when she has long hair she's much more attractive.

Today, in Spanish I, call her long hair "la cascade de oro" -- the golden waterfall. My personal opinion -- if your hair now is six inches from your shoulders, try growing it six inches below your shoulders. The fellows will go crazy. Trust me on this.
